Fanfare of Quilts 2025
Bits ‘n’ Pieces hosts a quilt show titled “Fanfare of Quilts” in odd numbered years. It is held at Queeny Park Greensfelder Recreation Complex (550 Weidman Road, Ballwin, MO ) on the 3rd weekend in March. The next show is scheduled to be March 15th – 16th, 2025.
Guild members should plan to show 1 to 5 quilts in the show. Our goal is to show more than 400 quilts each year! Member participation in this event is critical to its success! We will need all members to participate by entering a quilt and volunteering to work at the show. We utilize the site Sign Up Genius for volunteer registration. This will become live in late 2024.
Below you will find the Committee Roster, Raffle Quilt Information, Sleeve Instructions (sleeves are required on EVERY quilt in order to hang them for viewing), Rules, and Save the Date Card.

A couple of pointers for using the online forms:
1. Make sure that you have all of your information available when you sit down to complete the form. (Maybe print the paper form and use as a reference for information needed). There is no way to save and come back to the form.
2. Remember to take a picture of the quilt and have it ready to be uploaded when you enter your information.
3. Once you submit the form, you will receive an email confirmation of your entry. Please review it and email me at ddgibby64@yahoo.com if there are any errors that need to be corrected.
If you prefer to enter using a paper form, please see the links above. You will need to print and complete TWO SIDES of the form and make sure to print them back to back so that only ONE PIECE OF PAPER is submitted. I will not have forms available at the meetings since they are available online.
For ALL submissions:
1. Registrations are due by January 15, 2025 NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. Forms are required for all quilts to be shown in the show EXCEPT for Route 66 quilts (so it includes group quilts, challenges, vintage quilts for bed turning, etc…) Entries MUST be entered through either the online registration or a paper form.
3. COLORED Pictures are required whether on line or paper!
Once we have all entries in, we will review for show layout and inform you if we cannot take a quilt due to space!

I am excited to let you know about the show my quilting guild, Bits ‘n’ Pieces out of Ballwin, MO, will be holding in March 2025. I have listed the details below.
I would love to have you attend, and bring some friends. I will have quilts in the show and I think you will enjoy seeing the beautiful works that our guild creates. We will also have a bed turning, to give you an opportunity to see and hear about quilts from an earlier time. Learning their stories and the history of quilting. We will have vendors there that have quilting and non-quilting related items. We will also have a chance for you to win a sewing machine, and a beautiful bed quilt made by some of our members. Oh, and I mustn’t forget, we have a raffle where you can win great items AND support charity.
I’d love to have you join us. Admission is only $10! (Age twelve and under are free.) Please let me know if you are coming so I can meet up with you!
