1. When and where is the Bits ’n’ Pieces Quilt Show 2027?
Fanfare of Quilts 2027, the biennial quilt show presented by Bits ’n’ Pieces Quilt Guild, will be held March 13–14, 2027, at the Greensfelder Recreation Complex in Queeny Park, 550 Weidman Road, Ballwin, MO. This St. Louis metro-area quilt show is held every other year and celebrates the creativity and quilting craftsmanship of our guild members. Show hours will be announced as the event approaches.
2. What will I see at Fanfare of Quilts 2027?
Visitors to Fanfare of Quilts 2027 can expect to see hundreds of quilts created by members of Bits ’n’ Pieces Quilt Guild. The show traditionally also includes special quilt exhibits, quilting and craft vendors, raffles and other activities for quilt lovers. More information about the exhibits, vendors, demonstrations and special attractions planned for the 2027 quilt show will be added as details are finalized.
3. How much does it cost to attend the 2027 quilt show?
Admission prices for Fanfare of Quilts 2027 have not yet been announced. Ticket prices, show hours and information about admission for adults and children will be posted on this page soon/
4. How can I exhibit my quilt in Fanfare of Quilts 2027?
Quilts exhibited in Fanfare of Quilts are entered by members of Bits ’n’ Pieces Quilt Guild. To become a member, apply here. You will then have access to the Members Only portal on our website with complete information about entering your quilts. Every quilt must be registered by the announced deadline, and space may be limited.
5. How can my business become a vendor or sponsor at the 2027 quilt show?
Fanfare of Quilts welcomes businesses interested in reaching quilters, fiber artists and other creative visitors from throughout the St. Louis area.

6. Is the quilt show accessible, and is parking available?
Fanfare of Quilts 2027 will be held indoors at the Greensfelder Recreation Complex in Queeny Park. Parking is available in lots near the complex, with the greatest amount of parking accessible from Queeny Park’s west entrance at 550 Weidman Road.
