Members Quilt Show Info – Fanfare of Quilts 2023
Bits ‘n’ Pieces hosts a quilt show titled “Fanfare of Quilts” in even numbered years. Typically it is held at Queeny Park Recreation Complex (550 Weidman Road, Ballwin, MO ) on the 3rd weekend in March. The next show is scheduled to be March 17th – 19th, 2023
Guild members should plan to show 1 to 5 quilts in the show. Our goal is to show more than 300 quilts each year! Member participation in this event is critical to its success! We will need all members to participate by entering a quilt and volunteering to work at the show. We utilize the site Sign Up Genius for volunteer registration.
Below you will find the Committee Roster, Raffle Quilt Information, Sleeve Instructions (sleeves are required on EVERY quilt in order to hang them for viewing), Rules, Promotional Flyer and Save the Date Card.

I am excited to let you know about the show my quilting guild, Bits ‘n’ Pieces out of Ballwin, MO, will be holding in March 2023. I have listed the details below.
I would love to have you attend, and bring some friends. I will have quilts in the show and I think you will enjoy seeing the beautiful works that our guild creates. We will also have a bed turning, to give you an opportunity to see and hear about quilts from an earlier time. Learning their stories and the history of quilting. We will have vendors there that have quilting and non-quilting related items. We will also have a chance for you to win a sewing machine, a state of the art cutting table and system and a beautiful Judy Niemeyer bed quilt made by some of our members. Oh, and I mustn’t forget, we have a raffle where you can win great items AND support Sew Hope out of Florissant, MO, a charity that supports the community by teaching sewing related skills.
