Dear Guild Members,
I can’t tell you how excited I am to see all of the Member Profiles that have been created in the Online Member Directory on our website since our last meeting. Each time I go out to our website I see more new faces! Please don’t be discouraged if you tried and didn’t quite get your profile set up yet. We have a whole team of techy Bits members who are eager to help you. Just bring your phone and find our new “Tech Table” at our next meeting (make sure you have a picture of yourself and a picture of one of your quilts on your phone).
Just like last month, anyone who set up their Member Profile with a picture of themselves and a picture of a quilt will be entered in a drawing. We’ll draw at least 3 winners again!
We hope to present the slate of New Officers at this month’s meeting. If you are interested in learning more about either the President or Treasurer positions, please let me know. Or suggest the name of a fellow Bits member. I will make sure that you or they are contacted by our nominating committee so that you can learn more and get all of your questions answered.
At our meeting on Tuesday, October 27th Lynn Candrl will share her journey into all things “quilty,” and tell us why she believes that “Every Quilt Has Its Story.”
I look forward to seeing all of you there!
(Don’t forget to volunteer to help the “Moving Company” set up for the meeting this month)
Thanks in advance,
Patti Moreland
